I LOVE this conversion kit! I just could NOT find something that worked for what I needed, in a price range I could afford. This fit the bill and I have spent a LOT of time looking at my set up, pleased as punch with it. I bought several other of these in a different size.
I got a vertical kit for my gecko and so i HAD to try this horizontal kit for my tarantula. This gives you more ground space and is perfect for some smaller species. My young B.Smithi absolutely loves it as it gives her more space than a normal 10gal. Perfect.
It's hard to find front opening enclosures that are low enough for terrestrial tarantulas. I just bought another one for my desert beetles. Great customer service too!
Bought this so I could cheaply convert a temporary enclosure for my baby ball python, since screen tops do not keep in humidity well enough. This does the job nicely and will make his temporary home a comfortable one until he sizes into his full-time enclosure.
